Thanks for help.
I see your solution and I tried fix it by video setting and I have discovered than if I disable the 3D aceleration on VM settings, start and shutdown VM with WinXP, and re-enable this option, fixes this audio issue. At least it is still running perfectly, if the problem back post here.
